Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. All items are freshly made to order – the handmade process can take anywhere from 72hours up to 14 working days depending on how busy our team of Oompa Loompas are. We will endeavour to keep you updated on your status in the queue however during busy times this may not be possible. We are also subjected to incredible load shedding…
2. Once your order is fully prepared we will arrange for the courier to your door using our nominated courier partner – The Courier Guy/PUDO
3. Whilst enough packaging material will be used to minimize any breakages in transit, mishaps can happen which are out of our control. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE COURIER MISHANDLES THE PARCEL.
4. Courier can take anything between 2-5 days as we are based in a regional area.
5. Your order will only be dispatched once payment reflects in our account.
6. Delivery is charged based on the number of items purchased and the area that you are based.
7. We unfortunately do not accept returns if the courier has mishandled your parcel. Whilst we ensure that enough packaging material is used we are not liable should breakages occur.
8. All courier is at the purchasers risk entirely.
